Location: Kansas City, MO
The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Report to the General Superintendant.
- Ensuring safety in all that we do.
- Coordination of resources including; equipment, labor, supplies and subcontractors.
- Monitoring cost control, quality, productivity and safety on projects.
- Customer relations including pre job meetings and reviewing/resolving punch list items.
- Setting up and tearing down traffic control for job sites.
- Training, disciplining, and providing positive reinforcement to operators, drivers and laborers as necessary.
- Assisting crew as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- A demonstrated ability to lead people and manage projects.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Relatively clean motor vehicle report. (Applicants with a drug or alcohol driving offense in the last three years will not be considered. Other violations will be evaluated using our insurance company standards.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
- Ability to work 40 – 50 hours a week including weekends.
