McConnell & Associates did an outstanding job of concrete replacement and asphalt repairs on two large commercial properties for me in 2025. Their quality of work and expertise are exceptional. And they went above and beyond what the contract required to make repairs the right way when they ran into an unanticipated condition. When Inland first purchased The Village of Burlington Creek in Kansas City, the entire parking lot and a good chunk of the sidewalks were pavers. On paper, it looked charming. In reality, it was like maintaining a giant cobblestone minefield. Every freeze-thaw cycle turned into a game of find the potential trip hazard.

I’m happy to share that we just wrapped up a multi-year paving & concrete project, replacing every single paver with concrete and asphalt. To tie it all together a fresh seal coat was applied on all the areas repaved in recent years.
