Re-Construction / Renovation

We were selected for this project because the customer needed a contractor who could hit an aggressive schedule and trusted a team that had delivered for them before. Our crews tackled a full parking lot rebuild from the ground up. We replaced the failing concrete curb and sidewalks, excavated the existing pavement, and reconstructed a brand-new lot with a cement-stabilized subgrade to build a stronger foundation for long-term performance. To finish it off, we completed crisp pavement marking to improve traffic flow, safety, and overall site organization. Our team delivered a clean, durable, and ready-to-use parking area on time for KU and its patients.
