McConnell & Associates delivered a major pavement refresh at AMC 28 in Olathe, managed by CBRE. Our crews performed a precise 2″ mill and overlay, removing the worn top layer and replacing it with a smooth, durable new asphalt surface designed to improve ride quality and long-term performance. With the asphalt milling and paving complete, we finished the job with crisp line striping and pavement markings, bringing the lot back to life with cleaner traffic flow, improved safety, and a polished first impression for all moviegoers.
