This design-build renovation project focused on the full rehabilitation of the Baymont Hotel’s parking lot and entryways. Work included a new concrete entrance, sidewalk and curb replacements, and comprehensive asphalt restoration. The result is a safer, more welcoming environment for guests and improved long-term pavement performance.
