This design-build project was delivered through the TIPS Cooperative Purchasing Program and involved the full reconstruction and renovation of Bobwhite Park. With an ongoing relationship with both the City of Ellisville and project architect PDS, our team was selected to lead the transformation of the park into a revitalized community space.
