McConnell & Associates returned to these courts with a full “builder’s-eye” refresh, because we know them inside and out. Originally constructed by MAC in 2014, the facility didn’t need its first round of extensive maintenance until 2024, ten full years of play, community use, and hard-earned wear.
Typical caulk replacement took place to prevent water penetration into the subbase. From there, we revitalized the playing surface using our proven four-coat court resurfacing system, delivering a high-performance finish with renewed traction, consistent playability, and a crisp, responsive feel. The courts are now ready to serve the district, the community, and athletes of every level.
