With a strong ongoing relationship with the City of Festus, this project was completed through the TIPS Cooperative Purchasing Program. The work included the full reconstruction of the park’s pickleball courts and adjacent parking lot, enhancing recreational amenities and overall site functionality with upgraded surfaces, lighting, and infrastructure.
