From the ground up, we transformed the club’s tennis facility into a state-of-the-art Racquet Sports Complex. A complete reimagining that blends technical precision with timeless design. The existing courts were fully removed to allow for extensive site regrading, including deep fills of up to ten feet. To ensure long-term stability, we installed a rock surcharge layer to accelerate compaction and establish a solid foundation for decades of play.
Beneath the surface, a new, large-capacity storm drainage system was installed to manage water flow. Concrete retaining walls with custom stone veneer were installed to enhance the facility’s appearance. At the heart of the complex, we poured all-new, engineered post-tensioned concrete slabs delivering a flawless, high-performance foundation for both tennis and pickleball courts.
Around the courts, every detail was designed for both function and finesse. Elegant new walkways and refined fencing define the space, while an engineered perimeter beam anchors the air-supported structures that transform the complex for winter play. Upgraded utilities and LED Musco lighting bring modern comfort and sophistication to every match day or night, season after season.
Each set of courts also includes new permanent buildings housing the bubble’s mechanical systems and dedicated storage, an investment in both function and elegance.
The result is a completely renewed racquet complex that elevates the member experience through superior engineering, refined finishes, and thoughtful design.
