New Construction

As part of the City of Kearney’s investment in active, community-centered spaces, this design-build project brought a brand-new pickleball complex to life—complete with a modern parking lot, public restrooms, and a new skateboard park. Completed through the TIPS Cooperative Purchasing Program, a key component of the project was the extensive concrete work—featuring curbs, sidewalks, and flatwork—designed to ensure seamless site access and long-term durability. In addition, our team managed significant utility infrastructure, including the installation of water service, sanitary sewer, and electrical systems to support all site amenities.
